Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website ("Site") and services of F&H Print Sign Design, located in Elizabeth City, NC ("F&H," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Services Provided
F&H provides custom manufacturing and design services, primarily for signs, banners, vinyl graphics, and apparel printing (including screen printing and embroidery). All orders are considered custom work.
Ordering & Payment
A. Pricing
Prices for custom services are estimates based on initial specifications and may change based on final artwork, materials, quantities, or design complexity. A formal quote will be provided before final production.
B. Payment
Full payment or a required deposit (as specified in your quote) must be received before custom production begins.
C. Order Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. If an order is canceled before production, a fee may be retained to cover design work and material procurement costs.
Design & Artwork Submissions
A. Artwork Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content, quality, and legality of any designs, logos, text, or images ("Artwork") you submit for production.
B. Intellectual Property (IP)
By submitting Artwork, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary permissions, rights, and licenses to use and authorize F&H to reproduce the Artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold F&H harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney's fees) arising from the unauthorized use of any copyrighted or trademarked material in your Artwork.
C. Proof Approval
We will provide a digital proof for custom orders. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review the proof for errors, including spelling, grammar, color codes, size, and placement. Production will not begin until the proof is formally approved. Once approved, F&H is not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.
Custom Product Guarantee & Limitations
A. Quality Guarantee
F&H guarantees that your custom products will meet the specifications of the approved proof and be free from material defects in manufacturing.
B. Returns/Remake
Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or does not match the approved proof. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
C. Color Matching
We make every effort to match colors, but due to variations between computer monitors, substrates (e.g., fabric vs. vinyl), and printing processes, perfect color matching cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for slight color variation unless a specific pantone/color code was requested and we failed to match it within industry standards.
Site Use & Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:

Upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. F&H disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
F&H's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the custom products or services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be in the state or federal courts located in Pasquotank County, North Carolina (Elizabeth City).
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to revise and modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Site and our services after changes are posted, you accept those changes.
