At F&H Print Sign Design, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom products. Because all our items are custom-made to order, our return and refund policy is focused on correcting errors related to our production process or materials.
General Reporting & Resolution Protocol
This protocol applies to all product categories listed below.

Required: High-resolution digital photos documenting the defect.

F&H Production Error: We will reprint or remake the order at no cost to you.

Customer Approved Error: We are not responsible for errors (spelling, sizing) present in the proof you formally approved.
Apparel (Screen Printing, DTG/DTF, Embroidery)
This section covers all custom-decorated clothing items.
A. F&H Print Sign Design (Covered)

Errors in the decoration process (e.g., incorrect print placement, major color shift from approved Pantone, peeling/flaking within the 7-day period).

Using the wrong size or color garment than what was explicitly ordered.
B. Exclusions & Limitations (Not Covered)

Garment Manufacturer Defects: F&H sources blank apparel from third-party wholesale catalogs. We are not the garment manufacturer. We are not responsible for issues related to the underlying product quality, such as poor stitching, holes, shrinking, or fading that occur independent of our decoration process. Claims regarding the inherent quality or construction of the blank garment must be directed to the garment manufacturer.

Customer Care Issues: Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or general wear and tear.

Size Discrepancy: We are not responsible if the wrong size was ordered by the customer (e.g., ordering a Small when a Medium was needed).
Custom Signs, Banners & Vinyl Graphics
This section covers non-apparel printed goods and rigid materials.
A. F&H Responsibility (Covered)

Structural defects in the material (e.g., banner grommet failure, sign material splitting) upon arrival.

Printing errors not matching the approved proof.
B. Exclusions & Limitations (Not Covered)

Installation/Mounting Damage: We do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, failure to use appropriate mounting hardware, or weather-related damage that occurs after successful installation.

Color Variance: Claims based on slight color variance not related to a failure to meet a specific Pantone match will not be considered a defect.

Normal Wear: Damage from extreme weather, UV exposure (beyond the material's standard rating), or misuse.
Vehicle Wraps, Decals & Installation Services
This section covers specialized vinyl graphics applied to vehicles or structures.
A. F&H Responsibility (Covered)

Failure of the vinyl material or print quality prior to installation if reported immediately.

Installation errors (e.g., significant bubbles, lifting, or misalignments) reported within 7 days of installation.
B. Exclusions & Limitations (Not Covered)

Surface Condition: We are not liable for wrap failure due to underlying issues with the vehicle's paint, existing body damage, rust, or previous repairs.

Post-Installation Damage: Damage caused by car washes, abrasions, chemical exposure, or improper cleaning/maintenance by the customer.

Life Expectancy: F&H uses industry-standard materials, but the lifespan of a wrap is affected by climate (Elizabeth City weather) and care. We do not warranty the lifespan, only the quality of the initial installation.
Promotional Products (Mugs, Pens, Accessories)
This section covers items sourced for bulk promotional branding.
A. F&H Responsibility (Covered)

Failure of the printing or engraving to adhere to the product upon arrival.

Delivery of an incorrect item or color than what was ordered.
B. Exclusions & Limitations (Not Covered)

Product Quality: Similar to apparel, we source blank promotional items from third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects in the core product (e.g., a pen not writing, a tumbler lid not sealing). We will assist you with the supplier’s warranty process, if available.
General Financial & Service Exclusions

Design/Service Fees: Fees paid for design, artwork setup, or expedited production services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Liability Limit: Any refund or reprint for a defective product shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific item in question.

Shipping & Turnaround: Turnaround time begins only when artwork, proof approval, and payment are all confirmed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the product leaves our facility.
